box  Bankhead Estates LLP completes sale of two units at City Park Industrial Estate
Bankhead Estates LLP last week completed the sale of two units at City Park Industrial Estate to an associated company of their existing tenant, Continental Wine & Foods Limited for £450,000.

Refurbishment of the remainder of the space at City Park is now well advanced and the internal refit of Units 4, 5, 6 and 9 has just been completed.

The developer can offer self contained units in sizes that range from 3,000 sq. ft. Larger units at 5,000 sq. ft and 10, 000 sq. ft are also available.
