The family-owned automotive and car repair company, CPR Autos, has agreed a 10-year lease on a 5000 sq ft unit at City Park industrial estate, close to junction 15 of the M8 motorway in the Townhead area of Glasgow.

The expanding firm, whish is relocating from its present base in Coatbridge, is the latest recruit to owner Bankhead Estates' successful development and has agreed an annual rental of £ per sq ft.

"Despite challenging market conditions, we continue to receive strong demand for space," says director Angus Hamilton. "The deal is reflective of the strong location and quality of units and we have a further about to be concluded on 15,000 sq ft. With only two units remaining we remain confident the estate will sonn reach full occupancy."

David Cobban of advisers King Struge said continued investment in the estate was paying dividends, providing fully refurbished space on flexible and competitive terms.
