box  City Park Industrial Estate continues to hit the mark
Bankhead Estate LLP, the owner of City Park Industrial Estate in Glasgow has just announced a new tenant for Unit 9. Family-owned automotive and car repair company CPR Autos has agreed a ten-year lease with a five-year break option on the 5,000 sq ft unit at an annual rental of £30,000 (£6 per sq ft). The company is expanding and relocating to the estate from its previous base in Coatbridge.

Bankhead Estates Director Angus Hamilton added: "Despite challenging market conditions, we continue to receive strong demand for space at City Park Estate. This deal is reflective of the strong location and quality of units available and we have a further deal about to be concluded for 15,000 sq ft. With only two units remaining available, we remain confident that the estate will soon reach full occupancy".

David Cobban of agents King Sturge agreed: "The tenant had been looking to secure a city location for some time now and City Park is perfect for their requirements.

"The strong demand at City Park Estate is testament to the continued investment into the estate by Bankhead Estates. The fully refurbished units offer tenants quality space, with flexible and competitive terms".

City Park Industrial Estate enjoys a highly prominent position close to Glasgow city centre. It is accessed from Alexandra Parade and lies close to junction 15 (Townhead) of the M8. King Sturge advised Bankhead Estates LLP and is sole agent for City Park Industrial Estate.
