A Cambuslang based manufacturer has taken two units at the site tot alling over 15,000 sq ft.
Unit 4, 10,000 sq ft, has been purchased for £620,000 and unit 5, 5,000 sq ft, has been let on a five year lease basi s at a rental of £7 per sq ft.
Bankhead Estates Director Angus Hamilton said part of the success was their ability to offer flexible and incentivised deals which work for both parties: "With few estates in Glasgow as well located as City Park, we continue to have strong interest and it is only a matter of time befor e the remaining units go."
Andrew McCracken of Jones Lang LaSalle said: "This is fantastic news for the estate, and proves there are still enquiries out there and deals to be done. With strong interest in the remaining units and w ith the flexibility we can offer, we are hopeful of a successful beginning in 2009."
This is the developer's fifth deal of the year at the estate - now only three units remain for sale or to let. Tenants at the site include the Verve Group, Continental Food and Wine and Morrison.
