box  Virgin moves to Venue at £25 a sq ft
The decision by Virgin Money to move to new offices at the Venue Studios in Calton Road, Edinburgh, is another chapter in the Edinburgh offices west v east story - and the East End of Princes Street is now in the lead.

Virgin Money is to take a 2,640sq ft floor on the Venue Studios at Calton Road, Edinburgh, on a ten-year lease at £25 a sq ft. Formerly the Venue nightclub, the building was converted by Plum Developments, represented by Mark Jones of DTZ, who said: "This move by Virgin Money should be applauded by the city. With so much uncertainty in the financial services sector, it is important that Edinburgh attracts new blood". Cushman & Wakefield acted for Plum.
